Project - Penuwch 

We were contacted by the owners of this bungalow at Penuwch to sort out an installation which has already started but abandoned as it was not working. They were sold an imported eastern GSHP unit with very poor or no installation/user manuals. It was impossible to get any manufacturers support so the project was abandoned. Our clients were advised that even if we manage to get the unit working, there will be maintenance issues and there will be no possibility of RHI grants as the unit was not a MCS approved unit. 

We recommended a 12kW MCS approved GSHP unit and installed the system with the existing ground loop collector. The system worked efficiently as designed and our clients now enjoy a very comfortable living environment and plenty of hot water plus the added benefit of RHI payments.
